The staff was super friendly. i really appreciated the free bike rental. It was a nice bonus to explore the area. sitting by the pool for afternoon drinks was great. the courtyard is a relaxing hidden gem.
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working properly and it was hot. they provided a fan, but the air conditioner was never fixed. i mentioned the remote control, and it disappeared.

The location near Piazza del Popolo was good. The staff was helpful and friendly, I will say that.
The hotel did not feel like a five-star hotel. My room smelled of sewage and it was very noisy. The hotel tried to cover the smell with air freshener and sprayed my toiletries. I asked for an iron twice and never received one.
